(a) Repealed by SLA 2010, ch. 114, § 8, eff. September 28, 2010 .
(b) Repealed by 1st Sp. Sess. 2004, ch. 1, § 43, eff. Jan. 1, 2005.
(c) A manufacturer whose product is sold in the state directly or
through an intermediary shall provide the department with a current price
list for all brands of cigarettes of the manufacturer and shall notify
the department at least three days before a price change takes effect.
