70-3-6. Burden of Production of Evidence on Permit Holder

The person or entity allegedly violating the provision of the Unfair Cigarette and Tobacco Products Sales Act (68 O.S. §§326 et seq.) shall produce at the hearing sufficient evidence including books, business records and invoices to establish that the alleged violation is without merit.
