70-3-7. Hearing Procedure

An Administrative Law Judge of the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall hear testimony and take evidence from the parties at a hearing on an alleged violation of the Act and shall then submit to the Commission findings, recommendations and conclusions, concerning the alleged violation of the Unfair Cigarette and Tobacco Products Sales Act (68 O.S. §§326 et seq.) and whether or not the license of the alleged violator should be revoked or suspended.
